an async mentorship for therapists
redesigning their practice + their lives.
The TLDR: We hold space for the therapist nuances, the doer tendencies, and likely the eldest daughter conditioning. You will build the life you actually want and learn to talk about it without feeling gross.

Your bookmarks folder is full of business advice. Let's put it into action.
There comes a point in every therapist's journey where you hit your clinical stride—your skills are solid, your clients are thriving—but you start wondering: What's next?
Maybe it's a group program…a workshop series… a completely different service model…maybe it’s content that actually reaches people…or a book you keep thinking about.
So you sign up for trainings. Start side projects. Create content when you have energy. Dream big. When the high of the program and the accountability ends, these ideas stay ideas. Your website stays half finished. Your program never launches. That book stays in your notes app.
I learned this reality the hard way…Establishing a personal brand while running a practice while adulting while trying to maintain some semblance of self care is A LOT.
Over the past several years, I built Nine to Kind, launched (paused and relaunched…and paused) a podcast, created and delivered keynotes, and established a personal brand alongside my full therapy practice. Some of that was at the cost of my own wellbeing, but now that I am on the other side with more clarity I want to guide others on a more sustainable path.
That's what this is: The KIND Clinician is ongoing support for therapists building practices that sustain them—not just their clients. Small inputs. Real progress. The very thing we want for our clients we are going to give ourselves.
Meet Your Guide: From Radio to Therapy to brand strategist
I'm a licensed therapist (TN: LPC-MHSP) with 10 years of clinical experience in group and private practice. I'm also a keynote speaker, the creator of Nine to Kind (a therapy informed planner company that's sold 1,000+ products), a podcast host (currently on pause because balance), and a brand strategist who's been in ongoing business coaching since 2021.
But before I ever sat in the therapy chair, I fulfilled my childhood dream of becoming a radio DJ and broadcaster. Turns out, giving away concert tickets and introducing Puddle of Mudd is only so impactful. (Who knew?)
Almost 15 years later, I'm bridging my marketing knowledge, brand building, clinical work, and product development to help therapists build businesses that don't slowly drain their souls.
Why? Because burnout is systemic, and we're all out here maintaining those systems like unpaid interns for capitalism. Being a therapist doesn’t protect us from the impacts of that. The same helping patterns that make us excellent therapists? They're also the patterns that cause us to overextend, undercharge, and accept "exposure" as payment.
It's time to give yourself the same care you give your clients. Not as self care theater, but as business strategy.
I've built this path—the sustainable one, holding the realities of honoring our capacity while ensuring we keep consistent income. Now I'm showing other therapists how to do it too.
This is a real investment—in time, money, and vulnerability.
You're not just buying access to resources. You're committing to showing up, building alongside other therapists, and getting feedback on your actual work. That takes courage.
